Elements of AcroYoga: A Workshop with Sarah and Thomas

AcroYoga blends the wisdom of partner yoga, the dynamic power of simple acrobatics, and the loving-kindness of healing arts. Bliss Yoga instructors, Sarah and Thomas, have created a safe and doable workshop perfect for beginners! AcroYoga can help students develop trust, strength, and compassion.

Our workshop will begin with a dynamic vinyasa flow designed to counteract tightness from daily life and warm our bodies for further asana practice. It will also prep our bodies for simple AcroYoga poses by opening our calves, hamstrings, and hips, extending the spine, and finally stretching our ankles.

No workshop at Bliss Yoga would be complete without tasty snacks and a fabulous gift bag from our sponsors. So, come join a great community of welcoming people and experience a fun, safe way to work on flexibility, mobility, and core strength. Let mindfulness, intuition, and balance be your guide!
